Beat & Motion manga or Beat and Motion tells the story of Tatsuhiko, who once dreamed of being an animator but gave up because of mean comments from classmates. Instead, he found solace in music when his friends formed a band. But when the band broke up, he became bitter and thought dreams were pointless. One day, while mocking a friend’s dream, a drunk woman scolded him for his negativity. This encounter reignited Tatsuhiko’s love for animation, and he posted a short animation online. Soon after, his idol Nico, an artist, reached out to collaborate on a music video. To his surprise, Nico turned out to be the same woman who had scolded him. Despite their rocky start, they bonded over their shared passion and supported each other as they worked on the project.
